In this sheet pivot tables are created by the user. Drag the fields from under ‘Choose fields to add to report’ into the row or column labels in the boxes below. The most common value to report is duration; drag this into the values box. Click on the downward triangle, on the right hand side of the value field, and select ‘Value fields settings…’ to change what value is displayed (e.g. sum, count, average) and the number format (e.g. time).


To look at a range, click on the downward triangle next to the field in the table and select the desired fields (e.g. specific date range for weekly report).
